Too bad its a inflammatory headline, borderline yellow journalism. You can’t say its calling the chimp Obama and thus a racial slur when OBAMA DIDN’T WRITE THE STIMULUS BILL.
Clearly the media has forgotten that Congress exists to write bills and the President signs them into law. And though the President often proposes or guides legislation, calling him the draftsman of any large, large bill is foolhardy.
